The audit is designed for established small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professional service providers who already have an online presence and want to better understand their marketing systems, lead capture, customer follow-up, and digital infrastructure.
What exactly do I receive for $399?
You receive a pre-audit questionnaire, a private 60-minute virtual strategy session, a review of up to five existing business systems, identification of three priority improvement opportunities, a written audit summary, and a recommended implementation roadmap.
Will BG Promotions fix my website or CRM during the audit?
No. The audit is a strategic assessment only. Website development, CRM setup, automations, technical repairs, training, and ongoing management are separate services requiring an additional agreement.
When will I receive my written audit summary?
Your written summary and recommended roadmap will be delivered electronically within three business days after your completed assessment, provided the required information has been supplied.
Is the $399 applied toward future services?
No. The $399 is a standalone consulting fee. It is not a deposit or credit toward website development, marketing automation, CRM implementation, or any other service.
Is the audit refundable?
The audit is subject to the cancellation and refund provisions in your Service Agreement. Fees are non-refundable once substantive preparation or performance begins, except as required by applicable law. Please review the agreement before purchasing.
What happens after I purchase?
You'll receive onboarding instructions, an intake questionnaire, and a link to schedule your private 60-minute virtual strategy session.
Do I have to hire BG Promotions for implementation?
No. Your audit is an independent service. You may implement recommendations yourself, work with another provider, or request a separate implementation proposal from BG Promotions.
